Our largest apartment building, 100 Merlini Drive, was completed in 2019 and offers Residents four different floor plans. These open concept dwellings, available with one or two bedrooms, feature a master bedroom with ensuite, private outdoor seating area, half bath or second full bath, and washer/dryer… and it’s all maintenance-free!
