Meet Melissa Frownfelter, Our President & Chief Executive Officer

In July 2026, Melissa Frownfelter joined St. Anne's Retirement Community as President and Chief Executive Officer. She brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry, serving both for-profit and nonprofit organizations in central Pennsylvania.

Melissa holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from York College of Pennsylvania, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management, and an Executive Certificate from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) and Assisted Living Administrator (ALA).

A Lancaster County native, Melissa is proud to lead an organization dedicated to serving the community she has long called home. She is passionate about advancing excellence in senior living and fostering a culture of compassion, innovation, and service.
